Hangai Shipping & Returns
All of our orders are shipped out of our Colorado hub. Hangai ships orders with FedEx/UPS/USPS across the U.S.. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
U.S. orders: 4-5 Business days.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be thrilled with your Hangai item(s). In the event that our you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items(s) for a store credit or exchange it.
To return your product, please access past orders from your account, and select the item you would like to return or exchange. Please complete and submit the return request form online. All return must be postmarked within 14 days of your receipt of ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original, unused condition; items must contain tags. Any unauthorized returns or packages postmarked after 14 days of your receipt of the order will not be accepted.
Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS to the address below, and are to be insured for the full value of the merchandise purchased. No store credits will be issued for merchandise retuned in a used or damaged condition. Shipping and handling charged are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If your product was defective or the wrong item was sent you, Hangai will be responsible for returns and shipping costs. Hangai will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, which will be emailed to you.
To exchange your product or receive a store credit for a returned item, please fill out the online return request form and ship to the address below or check the store credit option. Please ensure your package for the value of the merchandise being shipped.
